We've created an initial comprehensive health check process that looks at your current HR policies, procedures and systems.  This provides us with a clearer picture of what the current HR requirements are, so we can give advice on how to improve and grow.  We’ll review a sample of your Contracts of Employment; Staff Handbook, core Policies & Procedures; HR and Payroll Administration; Recruitment & Selection Processes; Pay & Reward mechanisms; Performance Management processes; and Learning & Development tools.

From the health check, we will create a detailed report of our findings, presenting it to you alongside our recommendations for what we know will work best for your business. Our ethos is centred around trust, transparency and integrity.  We will never suggest any solutions unless we believe - as specialists - that it is the right option for you.

With a firm understanding of where you are and where you want to get to, we’ll develop and agree a plan with you.  We’ll jointly design the mechanisms and team to support you and provide clarity on who is doing what and when. The Plan, once agreed, will demonstrate how we can help you achieve your big picture.

Once you have decided the support option and plan, we will arrange implementation.  This will involve reviewing employee personal files and inputting your employee information onto our HR admin system.  We are big believers of transparency and would like to meet your team and introduce ourselves.

We understand how important it is to get set-up as soon as possible, so we’ll take care of the admin and make becoming a client of BrooklandsHR.  All of the essential and important sign up documentation will be easily be available to you and stored in one central place, allowing you to access, read, ask questions and sign only when you’re 100% satisfied.

Our team work as one, so whether its HR admin, training or Employment Relations support you need, you can rest assured we’ll be focussing on the whole picture.  We can update your existing or produce new personalised Policies and Procedures to suit how your business operates as well as issue a Staff Handbook to include all of the important and essential information your team need to know.

We will transfer all your existing employee records onto our systems and provide the appropriate access to your team.  This can be the most challenging part of the journey, especially if there are bits missing; however, we will deal with that as part of the implementation stage.

We offer a complimentary line manager training day to walk through the systems and your policies and procedures and answer any questions they may have.

We will stay in close contact with you throughout the journey to ensure you are aware and satisfied with how our partnership is forming.  To that end, we will have regular reviews to discuss what’s currently happening and how we can improve the way we support you.  If we ever feel we could be enhancing our relationship with you to support your team and business in more ways, we will have a conversation with you.
