All team members are entitled to a minimum of 27 days annual leave, increasing to 29 days after five years’ service and 33 days after 10 years services, plus the 8 public holidays. This figure is pro rata for team members working part time. Any normal working days between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day you can have those for free as an additional gift, as well as an extra day on your birthday.
